What This Privacy Policy Covers

SKYROAM automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request, ISP you use and host name of your computer. This information will be mainly used for secuirty and anti-spaming purposes as required by local law.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

SKYROAM does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with SKYROAM under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help SKYROAM communicate with you about offers from SKYROAM and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of SKYROAM's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

We may also transfer information about you in the event if SKYROAM is acquired by or merged with another company. SKYROAM works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries.

SKYROAM takes SMS Spamming seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Anti-Spamming policy.

What this Anti-Spamming Policy Covers

This policy covers how SKYROAM treats SMS Spamming activities from our customers related to the use of SKYROAM products and services.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that SKYROAM does not own or control, or to people that SKYROAM does not employ or manage.

The customer bears full responsibility for obtaining permission from mobile subscribers to send messages using SKYROAM service.

Message Contents and Anti-Spamming Policy

1. Client shall only send solicited content and promotional messages via the assigned messaging service provided by SKYROAM. If the Client breaches the obligations herein provided, then SKYROAM shall suspend the Service provided to the Client immedaitely without prior notice.

2. It shall be Client's responsibility to broadcast SMS based on local country anti-spaming regulatory practice. For Singapore, Client is recommended to provide an opt out or unsubsribe method for its recepients that Client does not have a direct customer relationship, such as adding a footer: To unsubscribe, please send uns to client's phone number. The receipient who opted out shall then be removed from subsequent SMS sending. It is Client's repsponsibility to adhere to Anti-Spamming law in each country.

3. The Client undertakes that it will not knowingly use the services for any illegal, immoral, or improper purpose or in whatever manner which contravenes any third-party rights, any laws or requirements of a Regulator in the appropriate jurisdiction, or in anyway which is indecent or offensive or in anyway that could be considered as Spamming.

4. The Client shall hold SKYROAM, its associated companies, agents and distributors, harmless and indemnify and keep SKYROAM indemnified in the event that SKYROAM is penalised or claims, demands, actions or administrative proceedings have been brought against SKYROAM due to non-compliance of the clause stated herein.
